DBSS annual meeting and new Steering Committee
On Friday, September 8th, the annual DBSS meeting was held in the presence of the entire DBSS steering committee and interested community members. This meeting is open to the participation of all DBSS members. The new DBSS steering committee was elected, appointing Dr. Miguel Mujica Mota as the new chair of the society and Prof. Arnold Heemink as the vice chair and treasurer. The rest of the steering committee has not changed, continuing MSc. Paolo Scala as the secretary, Hai Xiang Lin as the person in charge of industry contacts and Ann Wellens as data analysis and Web Master. The renovated steering committee will continue to pursue the DBSS objectives with the development of new activities.
